Farm 939 (Phase 3) is also planned but awaits confirmation from farm owners. The work is progressing according to schedule on Farm 938, with safety protocols strictly maintained throughout all operations.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Collin Davies as our professional land surveyor for comprehensive site pegging operations across all development phases. Mr. Davies brings extensive experience in large-scale land surveying and will commence his work immediately following the completion of land clearing operations by Plus Plant. The surveying and site pegging phase is scheduled to begin in December 2025 or January 2026, ensuring precise demarcation of individual plots on both Farm 938 and Farm 939 according to SPLUMA approval specifications.
